• pay Monthly from 30 to 180 days

• 1 million lifetime maximum per certificate

Benefit coverage:

1.  First, meet your deductible. choose from 4 options: $250,$500,
    $1,000, 2,000 

2. Then Liberty STM pays 80% of the next 5,000 of covered expenses

3. After this, Select STM pays 100% of covered expenses up to your lifetime maximum of $1 million.
